🐮 Let's Talk Smart Investing: The Tale of the Wise Farmer

Imagine you're a farmer who wants to build a profitable cattle herd. Meet Bob, who learned a valuable investing lesson from his farming experience!

Every month, Bob set aside $1,000 to buy cows for his farm. Here's what happened:

January: Cows cost $1,000 each
→ Bob bought 1 cow

March: During a drought, cow prices dropped to $500
→ Bob could buy 2 cows

June: Rain came, prices rose to $2,000
→ Bob got half a cow (partnered with his neighbor)

By buying consistently every month (regardless of price), Bob ended up with 3.5 cows for an average price of $857 per cow! This is Dollar Cost Averaging in action!
