Meet our Agents: Paige Heuerman

Paige’s hometown is Vista, California. She has been working for State Farm since 2017 but with Andy Ottney’s branch since 2019. She lives in a rural part of town but loves coming into Columbus to experience the plethora of food options- specifically Flyer’s pizza, yumm!

To Paige being a good neighbor means looking out for her customers and protecting them the best way she can. Whether that is with the policy that she has in place, or the customer service she provides.

Her number 1 tip for client’s is to reach out to her asap when they have a claim- the office is here to help and provide guidance to locate a contractor/repair shop before a claim is even turned in. She has experience with most claims, and can help lead customers in the right direction!

Paige truly cares about her customers and is always more than happy to help in whatever way she can- even if it isn’t necessarily insurance related!

Meet our Agents: Danielle Dick

Danielle grew up in St. Charles, Illinois and Dublin, Oh. She graduated from the Ohio State University in 2014 and began her career with State Farm in January of 2015. Danielle is a vegetarian and her go to mexican in Columbus is Condados- so many options for delicious meatless variations!

To Danielle, being a good neighbor means helping out in any way that she can. She wants to make sure all of your questions are answered and you have peace of mind. She wants her clients to know exactly what coverage they have so they can best understand how she has them protected.
