This one means a lot to us. πŸ™

Because when this person first came to us they were convinced their situation was too far gone. Too many hits. Too many accounts in the wrong places. Too much time wasted already.

We hear that a lot.

And what we tell people every single time is... it's not about where you are. It's about what you do from here. A clear plan, the right accounts moved in the right order, and enough patience to let the process actually work.

That's not a sales pitch. That's just what it takes. 🀷

No shortcuts. No magic. Just the work. And it's 100% worth it when you're on the other side of it looking back.

If that's where you want to be, we're here.

Comment FUNDING below and let's figure out your next move together. I got you. πŸ‘‡

Buying a home is the biggest financial decision most people ever make.
Most go in without knowing these rules. And they pay for it for the next 30 years.

Here's what actually matters β€” and what nobody tells you before you sign:

πŸ“Š Your DTI decides everything. Under 0.36 = banks love you. Over 0.51 = they get nervous. Pay down your smallest debts first.

🏦 Get 3 mortgage estimates β€” always. A 0.1% difference in rate on a $250K mortgage saves you over $6,000. Banks compete for your business. Let them.

⏱️ Choose 15 or 20 years if your budget allows. A 30-year mortgage costs $367K in interest. A 15-year costs $162K. Same house. $205K difference.

πŸ’¬ Negotiate the price. Find out why the seller is selling. The more you understand their situation, the better your offer looks β€” regardless of price.

πŸ“‰ Expect your score to drop 15–40 points after buying. It takes ~11 months to recover. That's normal. But it's one more reason to walk in with the strongest credit possible.

The difference between good credit and great credit when buying a home isn't just approval β€” it's tens of thousands of dollars over the life of your loan.

Save this and share it with someone who's thinking about buying.
DM us the word SCORE β€” we'll review your credit and tell you exactly where you stand. πŸ‘‡

You've paid for every vacation you've ever taken.
Every flight. Every hotel. Every layover meal.

You didn't have to.

With the right credit card strategy, your everyday spending β€” groceries, gas, bills β€” earns points that pay for travel. Real travel. Business class. Five-star hotels. Flights to Europe.

The Chase Sapphire Preferred: 60,000 points after $4,000 in purchases = $750 in free travel.
The Chase Sapphire Reserve: Same points = $900 in travel + $300 back in travel credits every year.

I'm not going to pretend this works for everyone right now.
Chase checks both Experian and TransUnion. Their 5/24 rule means no more than 5 new accounts in the last 24 months.

If your credit is excellent β€” you're already leaving free flights on the table.
If your credit isn't there yet β€” this is exactly why we work on it first.

Good credit isn't just about getting approved. It's about unlocking a completely different life.

DM us the word SCORE β€” we'll tell you if your credit is ready and what to do next. πŸ‘‡

Paying your credit card to zero every month. Super responsible, right?

Your credit score says otherwise. 😬

When your balance is $0 when the statement closes, the bureau sees zero utilization. And zero utilization actually signals that you're not actively using credit.

Lenders want to see you using it. Just not too much.

The sweet spot is 1 to 9% of your limit when your statement closes. Not zero. Not 30%. That small balance is what tells the system you know how to manage credit.

So use the card. Pay it down to about 5% before your statement date. Then pay the rest off after it posts. You avoid interest and you report a healthy balance.

Most people who do everything right are still losing points because nobody told them this one detail. 🀷

Save this. And comment SCORE if you want us to look at your full picture together. πŸ‘‡

The bank gave you a credit card and two rules.

Pay on time. Don't max it out. βœ…βœ…

That's it. That's all they told you. And you followed the rules and still got declined somewhere down the line and had no idea why. 😀

Here's what they left out:

πŸ‘‰ Utilization under 10% hits different than under 30%
πŸ‘‰ Closing that old card you don't use anymore can actually drop your score
πŸ‘‰ Too many of the same type of account creates an invisible ceiling your score can't break through

They're not evil. They just aren't in the business of teaching you how credit scoring actually works. That's not their job.

But it's ours.

Comment SCORE below. We'll pull back the curtain on your actual file. πŸ‘‡

8 years. Not one late payment. Not one collection. Not one missed bill.

And the lender still said no. 😢

This is the part nobody prepares you for. Payment history is only 35% of your score. The other 65% is what they didn't explain to you.

Your credit mix. How many accounts you have and what type they are. How old they are. How much of your available credit you're actually using. How recently you applied for new credit.

Perfect payments with the wrong mix of accounts, wrong utilization, or a thin file still looks risky to a lender.

You didn't fail. You just weren't taught the full picture. And that's on the system, not you. 🀝

Comment SCORE and let's actually build a profile that gets you a yes. πŸ‘‡

A business line of credit is the most flexible funding tool most business owners never use.

Not a loan. Not a credit card. A revolving line you draw from when you need it β€” and only pay interest on what you use.

$10K to $250K. 12–14% interest. Available at banks you already know.

But here's why most business owners get rejected:
They walk in without a relationship, without the right credit profile, and without understanding which bureau each bank checks.

The 5 banks most likely to say yes β€” and which bureau they pull:
1. Truist Bank β†’ Experian
2. Citizens Bank β†’ TransUnion
3. Key Bank β†’ Equifax
4. Wells Fargo β†’ Experian
5. M&T Bank β†’ TransUnion

Strategy: Apply at the bank that checks the bureau where you have the fewest negatives. That's how you maximize your approval odds.

Before you apply: open a checking account there 3–6 days early. Make at least 3 transactions. Show them you're a real customer.

DM us the word FUNDING β€” we'll review your 3 bureaus and tell you exactly which bank to walk into. πŸ‘‡

Your cousin has a 580. You have a 720. They got approved. You got denied. 🀯

Before you spiral, here's what actually happened.

Lenders don't all use the same criteria. Some weight your income ratio more than your score. Some specialize in second chance lending. Some have existing relationships that get factored in. Some look at your debt-to-income and your score barely matters.

Your cousin didn't win because of a better score. They won because they applied at the right lender for their specific profile.

A 580 at the right place beats a 720 at the wrong one every single time.

The game isn't just about building your score. It's about knowing WHERE to go with it when you're ready. 🎯

Comment FUNDING and I'll help you figure out which doors are actually open for you right now. πŸ‘‡

The credit bureaus are literally selling your personal information to random lenders. And it's 100% legal. 😀

The second you apply for a car, house, or loan, they put you on a "trigger lead" list. Your name, your score range, your intent to borrow. Sold to whoever's buying.

That's why your phone blows up with calls you never asked for within 24 hours of applying.

You're not being paranoid. The system is designed to create confusion so you take the wrong deal from someone you never contacted.

Here's how to stop it BEFORE you apply πŸ‘‡
Call 1-888-567-8688 or go to OptOutPrescreen.com
Remove yourself from prescreened lists for 5 years or permanently. Free. Takes 5 minutes.

Do it before your credit gets pulled. Not after.

Send this to someone about to buy a car or a house. This could save them from a nightmare. πŸ™

What if you could borrow money for your business and pay zero interest for 18 months?

That's not a loan offer. That's a 0% business credit card β€” and most business owners have no idea they exist.

18 months. Zero interest. Use it for inventory, equipment, marketing, payroll gaps β€” whatever your business needs right now.

The catch? You can't walk in with bad personal credit.

Banks use YOUR personal score to decide if your business deserves access to this money. That's why we always say: fixing your personal credit is a business decision.

What they're looking for:
❌ No late payments
❌ No collections
❌ No new inquiries in the last 6 months
❌ Card usage under 30%

If your credit is ready β€” these cards are waiting for you. If it's not β€” save this for when it is.

DM us the word FUNDING and we'll tell you if your credit qualifies today. πŸ‘‡
