Dillon was born and raised in Lake Tahoe, California, where he developed a deep appreciation for nature, hard work, and meaningful relationships. Now calling Honolulu, Hawaiʻi home, he enjoys embracing the island life while staying connected to the values that shaped him.

Dillon believes that life is about creating genuine connections, continuously learning, and making a positive impact on the people around him. He is passionate about personal growth, spending time with loved ones, and finding a balance between ambition and enjoying life's experiences. Join us in welcoming one of our newest Financial Representatives at Northwestern Mutual Hawaiʻi, Daren Togami!

Daren was born and raised in Kaimuki, where he learned early the value of hard work and community. He spent nearly 15 years in the food industry, beginning at Hanaki’s Restaurant in Manoa and later dedicating most of his career to MW Restaurant. His time in hospitality shaped his work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

A lifelong fan of fast cars, Daren eventually turned that passion into a profession when he joined Audi as a sales consultant, helping clients find vehicles that matched both their lifestyle and excitement for driving.

Growing up without the traditional “blockbuster” family, Daren found strength and grounding in his close friends and his hardworking mother. They became his foundation and continue to influence the way he shows up, with loyalty, humility, and a genuine appreciation for the people around him.

We're proud to share that our Managing Partner Jamie Delgadillo was recently featured in Hawaiʻi Pickleball Magazine as we prepare for the Pickling with Purpose Pickleball Tournament benefiting Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women & Children’s Martha B. Smith Cancer & Infusion Center on September 26 (see our link in comments for details).

As we recognize Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in September, we're grateful for the opportunity to bring our community together to support local children and families.

Join us in welcoming one of our newest Financial Representatives at Northwestern Mutual Hawaiʻi, Jacelyn Lau! A recent graduate of our College Financial Representative Program, Jacelyn has successfully transitioned into a full-time advisor role.

Jacelyn was born and raised on Maui. After graduating from Maui High School, she moved to Hilo to attend the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo, where she earned bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, along with a minor in Economics. Following graduation, she returned to Maui to be closer to her family.

Jacelyn began her CFR internship in January and quickly discovered a passion for helping clients better understand their finances and achieve financial stability. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, reading, and baking. She frequently travels with her mother, and together they enjoy trying new foods, exploring new cities, and attending concerts and sporting events. During the holiday season, she also sells homemade cookies and toffee.

Since moving back to Maui, Jacelyn has enjoyed spending more time with her family. Her household includes seven dogs: Chubbs, Diesel, Storm, Rayne, Hachi, Bubbies, and Ranger. As she transitions into her role as a full-time Financial Representative (FR), she looks forward to the opportunities ahead and to establishing herself as a trusted resource within her community.

Northwestern Mutual Hawaiʻi recently hosted a special presentation featuring our Managing Partner, Jamie Delgadillo, and the Chief Investment Officer of Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company, who shared valuable insights on the economy, market trends, and investment strategies. Attendees had the opportunity to hear directly from industry leaders and gain perspective on navigating today's ever-changing financial landscape.
