A few weeks ago, Addi got really sick…what started as something minor turned into pneumonia, and suddenly she needed to be hospitalized.
It was scary. And fast.
Within a matter of hours, we went from “let’s keep an eye on her” to IV fluids, oxygen support, tests, and multiple days of care.
And then came the bill.
Thousands of dollars…for something we never saw coming.
Here’s the thing, when it’s your pet, you don’t hesitate. You say yes to the treatment. You do whatever it takes.
But that doesn’t make the financial side any easier.
This is exactly why pet insurance exists.
Not for the routine stuff, but for the unexpected, high-cost moments that can hit out of nowhere.
Situations like:
• Emergency hospitalizations
• Surgeries
• Cancer
Pet insurance helps turn a “how are we going to afford this?” moment into “we can focus on getting them better.”
If you’ve ever had a pet (or currently do), you know, they’re family.
And protecting them financially is just as important as protecting anything else you love.
If you’ve ever been curious about pet insurance, I’m happy to walk you through what it looks like, what it costs, and what it actually covers.
Because I can tell you firsthand…when something unexpected happens, you’ll be glad you have it.
