BACK TO MY FUTURE

During the S. L. O. W. real estate market of late, I’ve managed to fill the cracks of time by honing my skills as a certified industrial hygienist and have added environmental testing services to my real estate investment firm, Rebel Property Solutions LLC.

If you’re like me, you watch those DIY television shows and suddenly get the urge to renovate your own home. You walk around swinging your arms in the air, saying; “this wall goes, and those cabinets go!” There’s nothing like the anticipation of that first swing of a sledgehammer crashing into the wall. Right?

Well, before you press on with that exciting demolition, I caution you to first ensure you aren’t jeopardizing your family’s health and safety and that you’re complying with federal and state laws.

As a seasoned fix & flipper, my demo plan always includes environmental testing prior to any asbestos-related activities, as Colorado laws require. I encourage all my fellow property owners, real estate investors, RE agents, and contractors to do the same.
