Please help us if your local up at the ski resort communities or are planning on being a local. Please help us answer the following questions and thank you in advance.
1. Would you put up $10k deposit with title companyto reserve a purchase or a rental of newly constructed housing? Yes, for purchase, no for purchase or rental. Yes but less!
2. What is your price point monthly?
3. Are you an investor, lender or business owner? Are you buying for you or an investment /employee?
4. Is it just for you or do you have dependents?
5. How many bedrooms do you need?
6. How much per bedroom can you afford and comfortable to pay monthly?
7. do you have good credit or do you need financing from your housing provider?
8. Where do you want to live or would you like the housing to be located? Leadville gypsum, Glenwood Springs, Newcastle, silt area, Alma, Fairplay area, Idaho Springs.
9. Does it matter if you live in an apartment complex a condo townhome or a duplex?
10. Do you prefer savings or amenities such as a hot tub and a sauna or would you prefer to save the hundred dollars per month or $50 per month?
