Fix and flips look so smooth on HGTV, but the reality? It can be a total roller coaster.

I recently worked with two first-time investors who hit a wall. They’d finished their remodel, but the market just wasn't playing nice for a quick sale. The "Plan A" they started with was no longer the best move, and things were looking a bit stressful.

Instead of panic-selling or losing sleep, we looked at things differently. We pivoted.

We put together a buyout refinance that allowed one partner to buy out the other. Now, instead of a house sitting on the market, it’s becoming a home! One of the partners and his fiancé are moving in as their primary residence. Plus, they’ve got a head start on their future: planning to turn it into a rental property down the road.

This is why I love what I do. It’s not about just checking boxes on a loan application; it’s about solving puzzles so people can build wealth and move forward with their lives.

Just closed on this double refinance - this investor client got in touch with us with a plan already in place. He had his sights set on pulling equity out of the two townhomes he owns in Nebraska and investing that money directly into an STR in Arvada - set to close any minute.
