Interest rates move up and down over the years, months and even the course of a business day so "timing" the market is hard.

But even after you buy, we can change the rate so you are never stuck. The bigger questions are:
What are you paying in rent and is that increasing yearly?
What are your tax write offs owning vs renting?

* Roughly 68% of Veterans are not aware that they may be able to buy with ZERO percent down.
* Approximately 77% do not know that Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) is NOT required..
* And roughly 58% of Veterans don't realize that Basic Allowance for Housing may be counted toward income
