Question for folks using ARIVE. I just spent the money to move to LendingPad from Point Central, to find that there are some fatal issues for me with LendingPad. Turns out, I can import the 3.2 for ALL of my past years closed files, but would have to manually update all critical dates such as closed and funded date. This is simply a non starter. I use reports all the time to keep an eye on past client's rates and dates.

With ARIVE, what is the process to import archived, closed files, and is all of the data imported? Are you able to query closed files and run reports on their rate and date data?

At this point, no pun intended, Point Central still looks like the most functional LOS when also considering functionality beyond LOS functions for current files. :(

The coming months can present a great opportunity for first time home buyers. Despite recent press that Denver has become inaccessible for first time buyer, I have quite a few clients who have bought their first, affordable homes this year. In some cases all you need for a downpayment is 1%, with closing costs covered by the lender. In many other cases 3% is all it takes.
