looking for a reliable, detail oriented, person to clean and manage the inside and outside of several properties. This position has tons of room for growth and pay increases. flexible schedule from 11 am -3 pm with some off hours
calls.
We are an investor group with several short term rental units, as well as some pre-renovated properties.
Our assistant property manager/ cleaner would be responsible for:
*Cleaning the units after check-outs
*Responding to emergency calls
*inventory and replenishing supplies
*laundry
*Property staging
* Meeting with contractors as needed to let them into a property or to relay information
*Reporting the status of each property
* keeping the exterior of the properties free of debris
*cutting lawns seasonally as needed
Qualifications:
*cleaning experience a plus
*Attention to detail
*Must be able to stand and walk for extended lengths
*Must be able to squat, neal and bend (have good mobility)
*must be able to lift 50 lbs
