Denver Metro sellers are still opening their wallets.

In Q2 2026, nearly 63% of all residential closings included a seller concession, with a median concession of $10,000 and more than $81.5 million credited back to buyers across the metro area.

A few key takeaways:
✨ Seller concessions increased throughout the quarter
✨ Townhomes had the highest concession rate at 66.0%
✨ Single-family homes averaged over $11,000 in concessions
✨ Adams County continued to lead the metro in concession frequency
