Don’t talk to a lender.
Don’t explore options.
Don’t ask questions.

One of the sweetest closings this year and one that holds a special place in my heart. 🧡

I still go back to this mama’s bigggg smile at the closing table — a mom of four, a social worker, and a loving wife who dreamed of owning a home. Hey social media fam! Ya girl — aka Mortgage Mami — is back 💅🏽 and I promise to bring more fun, valuable, and slightly chaotic market updates your way 🤓💃🏽

I took a little break to focus on life (and because, let’s be real, wedding planning is harder than buying a house… and definitely more expensive 😭). But seeing the smile on my dad’s face made it all worth it — he was the life of the party! 🕺

Pretty sure he was prouder of me at the wedding than when I bought my condo… probably because it wasn’t a single-family home 😂 But honestly, I’m so glad I did things in that order.

Taylor and I privately tied the knot 2.5 years ago and finally had our official celebration 2 weeks ago 💍❤️ It was everything I dreamed of and more.

Do things on your own terms — that’s what makes life so beautiful. 🌸
