My time in Jamaica has been a whirlwind of experiences—some good, some bad, and some simply indifferent. With a vision to create a unique property, a distinct resort or guesthouse unlike any other, the journey has been tough. There's this expectation for you to fit into a mold, to be like everyone else. Yet, I lack their resources and talents.

It's disheartening when the very people you hope would lend a hand start criticizing and gossiping and making plans behind your back, all while wearing a smile to your face. Then there are those who claim to champion women empowerment but only seem to tear down their fellow women. Instead of addressing issues directly with the person involved, they opt for discussions elsewhere, spreading negativity.

These are the individuals I've learned to avoid. I firmly believe in the adage: "Girls compete. Women empower." True empowerment means reaching out directly, not talking behind someone's back under the guise of concern or friendship. That's just messy and immature.

Right now, my heart is full with determination to forge ahead despite these challenges.

My advice to you, and to myself...Don't Give Up! Keeping Going!!!

Hey everyone, many of you are connected with Troy Mason on Facebook. Years ago, I joined Ztegrity and other ventures as Troy's marketing director due to our successful history with FreeGasAtLast.

I assisted in moderating conference calls, creating promotional material, and occasionally helped with payment processing. Troy faced challenges around 2 years ago, penalized for raising capital without a license. Though I invested my own money and haven't been paid, I believe in his potential comeback.

It's disheartening to be blamed for participating in the program alongside YOU. Troy emphasized the risk, urged everyone of us, not to invest our savings, and he made it clear that investing would be at our own risk. Blaming me won't change the outcome; accept the loss and move forward.

This situation highlights the importance of informed investing. We all took a chance, and now it's time to move on. Blaming won't alter the outcome; let's focus on learning from that experience.!

It's a fact that REAL investors, invest in Companies or Entrepreneurs they believe in, not necessarily in what they themselves believe in....

Point:

A REAL investor may believe in something but have the wrong CEO or Entrepreneur leading, so they won't invest.......but rather, a REAL investor, invests because they believe that the Company or Entrepreneur will reach the finish line in what they believe in.....

REAL investors DO NOT beat around the bush nor make excuses....they say "Yes", "No", or "I'll pass at this time" and they usually wish you well...and the Companies or the Entrepreneurs will accept and acknowledge their decision with a "Thank you for your time" and we all move on with no harm and no foul....

Stop playing games with Entrepreneurs! If you are NOT a REAL investor, STOP wasting our time with the f**kery!!!!

Unfortunately, there are even those who secretly revel in your challenges, glad it's not happening to them.

This challenge is amplified for leaders and successful entrepreneurs. Expressing human emotions or vulnerabilities can lead to harsh judgments, being perceived as fake, too emotional, or even unstable. The pressure to maintain a flawless facade can be overwhelming.

**Message to Self:** 💭 Remember, vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness. Embrace authenticity in the face of judgment. 🌟

That's why it's crucial for leaders and entrepreneurs to seek guidance from coaches who understand the unique challenges they face. Surrounding yourself with generic advice may not be sufficient, as generic perspectives often fail to grasp the intricacies of leadership and success.
