Foreclosure sales in Colorado dropped by 15.94 percent in 2012 from 2011, almost three times the national average, according to a RealtyTrac report released today.Overall, the number of foreclosures in the U.S. fell by 5.74 percent last year, according to the California-based, market-research company.
