What an incredible honor to speak alongside Donnamarie Del Signore and Andrianna Gerolimatos at the 2026 event in Denver, Colorado this week.

When we first started in the financial services career, we were the ones sitting in the audience listening to experienced advisers share their stories, lessons, mistakes, and advice for the next generation.

Those speakers gave us an incredible perspective on what was possible and helped shape the way we approach this profession.

Now having the opportunity to sit on the other side as a panelist at the 2026 executive council step in to share some of the lessons we've learned along the way is an extremely rewarding experience.

To say the nerves were high would be a drastic understatement, but the laughs were well worth it!

We certainly don't have all the answers and we continue to learn new things every day, but if sharing our experiences can give new advisers even a small piece of perspective that others gave us when we were starting out feels so rewarding.

Thank you to the many mentors who've helped shape who we are today and the incredible audience members for your support.

Here's to another incredible council season!
