Are you ready to be financially free?

I know how much it sucks to have a mortgage. The best way to describe it is like a big ball and chain that keeps you stuck in place, restraining you from your financial freedom.

To make things even worse, that's not the only thing that sucks about mortgages—the interest is insane!

But, what if I told you that you can pay off your home in 5 to 7 years, save $10's of thousands of dollars in interest and break that chain and gain the financial freedom you've been longing for?

It might sound, "too good to be true," but I'm here to tell you that it's not!

So what can we do to achieve this you might ask? Well it all starts with clicking that link below!

Learn how to be free, save and pay off the endless mortgage debt in just 5-7 years.

It's math, not magic!

I ALWAYS advocate for a “Living Trust” over just a “Will”. Don’t believe the myth that Living Trusts are only for the wealthy!
While having at least SOMETHING in place is wise, consider this:

**Living Trust + Pour Over Will** 💯

“Decide what you want, decide what you are willing to exchange for it. Establish your priorities, and go to work.”
-- H.L. Hunt

Most people have an idea of what they want to achieve financially, but they never plan for that success. Without planning and setting priorities for your finances, you run the risk of reaching the finish line (retirement) with your most important objectives left unfulfilled.

So how do you set about prioritizing your financial goals? Try these simple steps:

~MAKE a list~

Write down all of the goals that are important to you financially, whether they be responsible goals (paying off student loans, saving for retirement) or material goals (saving for a trip to Europe, buying a vacation home). Be as specific as possible, and try to estimate a realistic price tag for each item.

~RANK your list~

This is the tricky part, as some of the goals will seem to be in direct conflict with others. Replacing the leaky roof is a pretty clear and present need, but saving for your kid’s college costs is also important. When in doubt, ask yourself: Which one of these goals benefits more people? Which will cause more harm to others if put off for later?

~Consistently REVISIT and REVISE your list~

Make sure to go back through your list every few months or so. Take the opportunity to check off items that have been accomplished, add new goals, and adjust existing goals. You’ll find that your priorities will change, and consistent monitoring of your goals is the best way to ensure maximum success.

To your success! 🥂

Living Benefits is a subject I'm passionate about because I've seen how crucial this coverage can be for a family if something unexpected happens. I truly believe that every single family in this country should be protected by Living Benefits.

In this video, one of my colleagues answers the most commonly-asked questions about Living Benefits, including:

- What exactly are they?
- How do they work?
- How much do they cost?
- What's the catch?

I highly recommend taking the time to watch this video and learn more about Living Benefits. I find that once people are educated about what they are and how they work (did I mention they come at no extra cost?), it becomes a no-brainer to get this protection in place.

Enjoy!

What are Living Benefits? How do they work? Why are they SO important to have included on your life insurance coverage? Let's find out.

WHERE DO YOU STAND??

What if YOU could....

- Grow your money when the market goes up, but never lose money when the market goes down?

- Defer taxes as your cash value accumulates?

- Potentially access that cash value using tax-free policy loans and withdrawals, and use those funds for retirement income or other needs?

- Provide a tax-free death benefit for the people who depend on you?
