Our relationship with our finances is generational, emotional and irrational. All these things are hard to navigate, but they get lighter when you have the right people guiding you.

Being part of a community of like-minded people has made me and my friends money in numerous ways: through credit card sign up bonuses, Fidelity100 offers, tax advice, financial optimization and countless nuggets of knowledge.

FinTalks has been on for 128 weeks and I have learned more in these 3 years than I could have ever imagined.

Did you know that FinTalkers have been meeting weekly for the past 3 years?

The Tuesday FinTalks is an online community that I started because of two reasons: I loved finance and I was lonely. Back in 2020 when the world shut down for months at a time, I craved connection. I realized that a community is easier to find when those within it have a common goal. Hence, we jumped on Zoom every Tuesday and talked about money, investing, retirement and anything related to those. We shared our knowledge and created a network of finance-minded people who, every year in July, celebrate their friendship by coming together in Colorado for a few days.

That's how the FinTalks Weekend was born :) I'll see you all later today!
