Yesterday was one of those days that reminds me how lucky I am to do what I do! ❤️🏡✨
✔️ I had a closing in the morning for an amazing client who scored the most well-maintained home I've seen in a while! She was under contract last month and terminated that contract due to negotiations that could not be resolved, but when I told her something better will come her way, the new house definitely exceeded expectations! The best part, it was a dual closing, meaning the sellers and buyer were signing in the same room, and the sellers shared so many great stories and details about the house my client would have never known without everyone being in the same room. 🙌🏻
🥂 My first networking happy hour with business partners was a small but mighty group! Such a great time connecting, building relationships, and finding ways to support one another. I’m bummed I didn’t get a single picture, but I guess that means we were too busy having fun! 😂
💀🎨 After that, I had such a great time at Cencalli painting calaveras! So much fun getting creative and enjoying time with some amazing ladies.
Between helping people achieve their homeownership goals, building meaningful business relationships, and making memories in our community, yesterday was a good reminder that it’s about so much more than work.
