Buying a home really can be overwhelming, especially if it is your first time. I have been doing this work for a long time and there's one simple truth that I have experienced over and over... it matters a TON who you work with.
You see, technology in our industry is improving like never before. As a very small broker, I have direct access to all the best pricing options for each of my clients. Within minutes, we'll scan a client profile across all of the nation's top lenders to drive competition and lock-in the best terms. Moreover, as these very same technologies drive increased competition they are simultaneously driving down actual operating costs for small mortgage brokers like me. It is a double dose of good for everyone in our country.
Despite these truths, the majority of traditional mortgage companies have poorly positioned themselves and cannot leverage these emerging technologies to improve the Client Experience. Think cruise ship versus speed boat trying to deliver speed, efficiency, and a FUN experience to the customer! Folks, it is not happening.
Where I am going with all of this?
I am glad you asked. One core purpose in my life is to actively bring a sense of peace and dignity to those around me. Yes, that means a huge part of my career as a mortgage broker is to improve the lives of others. And I do that by guiding my customers through the home buying process effortlessly, keeping my word, offering my services at a much lower cost, and surprising everyone with a super quick process from start to finish. It is about creating win-win-win experiences for myself, my clients, and the larger community!
