It's like Christmas in early September! As a BROKER, I am able to offer 2023 Conforming Loan Limits NOW at $715,000. That's a big increase from $647,200 for 2022.
What does this really mean for buyers? This means that you can go as low as 5% down and still have a conforming loan size up to $715,000 (a purchase price of $752,632). That's a big deal here in Colorado.
