ATTENTION! There is a lot of bad information being spread around about rates. RATES ARE NOT AT ALL TIME LOWS. I know a lot of people and realtors are being told rates are low and they are not. I have been in this business for 25 years and have NEVER seen anything like this. Every indicator says rates should be low but they are not. We had a 7 days window that they were low but the Banks couldn't handle the volume so they spiked the rates and now we have had pricing worsen every day for 2 weeks.
