Lubrizol Employees' Credit Union was founded in 1953 and has proudly served its members for over 70 years. We have grown a bit since then.

The story has been told that the first deposits were kept in a shoe box until a fellow employee needed a loan! Today, with over $50 million in assets, Lubrizol Employees' Credit Union serves over 3000 members. Lubrizol Employees' Credit Union is proud to be a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative whose sole purpose is to serve its members. Our commitment to our members is consistent with our credit union principles of “Not for Profit, Not for Charity, But for Service” and our philosophy of “People Helping People”.

Unfortunately, our systems remain down this morning, including Home Banking, and we still do not have an estimated time for restoration.

The good news is that this outage is NOT the result of a cyberattack or hacking incident. The issue stems from scheduled maintenance with our core processing provider that did not go as planned.

Our provider continues working to restore services as quickly as possible.

We share your frustration and sincerely appreciate your continued patience. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.

Our core processing provider continues to work on restoring our connection, but we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

We are currently experiencing a system outage following scheduled maintenance with our core processing provider.

Home Banking is temporarily unavailable, and our staff is unable to access member account information or process account transactions at this time.

Our provider is aware of the issue and is working diligently to restore services as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time for when services will be restored.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
