A few days ago I shared something deeply personal about my family… and there’s another side of the conversation that has been weighing on my heart. 💙

June 1st, my family lost my Uncle Captain after his battle with cancer. As we continue to grieve, I can’t stop thinking about how quickly life can change.

Seeing my aunt, my family, and people I love walk through this hurts differently because this is exactly why I do what I do.

And if I’m being transparent… this one hurts even more because I wish I could have reached them before life did. I tried. 💔

Not to sell a policy.
Not to make a transaction.

Dr. Iman Abuzeid noticed a broken system: qualified nurses were endlessly applying for jobs while hospitals struggled to fill critical positions. So she flipped the model. Instead of nurses applying to hospitals, hospitals apply to nurses.

The idea helped build Incredible Health into a platform serving more than 1.5 million nurses and reaching a $1.65 billion valuation. Hospitals now compete for talent, giving nurses more choice and leverage in the hiring process.

Rather than creating another job board, Abuzeid challenged the traditional hiring dynamic. Her success shows that sometimes the biggest opportunity comes from rethinking who should be pursuing whom.
