Please welcome Nikki to the Dansig team!
Nikki is the Executive Assistant to Dan Reynolds at Dansig Insurance Risk Advisors, a HUB International company based in Decatur, Illinois. I joined the team in September 2025 and am thrilled to be part of such a dynamic and supportive group of professionals.
Before joining Dansig, I worked as an Executive Assistant at Decatur Memorial Hospital, where I developed a strong foundation in executive-level support, communication, and organizational leadership. I’m passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so those I support can lead with clarity and focus.
Originally from Spokane, Washington, I moved to Illinois in 2019 and now proudly call Central Illinois home. I'm a mom to two amazing sons who are my whole world. Outside of work, my significant other and I share a love for boat racing—a tradition that dates back to my great-grandfather. We spend our summers racing across the country and, with the help of many incredible people in the Decatur community, have proudly revived and now help organize the Decatur Boat Races—an event that holds a special place in our hearts.
As I continue to grow in my role at Dansig, I look forward to learning, contributing, and building strong connections both professionally and within the community.
