This event brings women together to raise awareness and support initiatives that strengthen our community and create opportunities for local women, children, and families.

More than 500 women showed up with a shared purpose, to give back, connect, and make a difference right here at home. And with this year’s Wizard of Oz theme.

As we wrap up another incredible summer, we're proud to celebrate the conclusion of our 2026 Summer Sales Internship Program!

Over the past several weeks, our interns have gained hands-on experience, explored the insurance industry, learned about corporate culture, and discovered what makes Brown & Brown such a special place to grow.

Brown & Brown teammates, alongside our partners from Florida Health Care Plans, spent the day volunteering with the FUTURES Foundation in partnership with Volusia County Schools to pack new teacher starter supply kits! 🍎📚💙

Thanks to the generosity of incredible business sponsors and individual donors, more than 300 new teachers across Volusia County will receive a supply box filled with classroom essentials to help them start the school year strong.

We’re proud to support the educators who make a difference in our community every day. Wishing all of our teachers an amazing school year!

🇺🇸 Honoring Our Brown & Brown Heroes 🇺🇸

This week, Brown & Brown was proud to partner with the Daytona Beach West Rotary Club for the Flags for Heroes display at the Riverfront Esplanade. More than 100 American flags now proudly wave in Veterans Plaza, honoring the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country and our community. The display recognizes military members, veterans, first responders, law enforcement officers, and everyday heroes who have made a lasting impact through their selfless service.

We are especially grateful that so many of those heroes are our teammates. At Brown & Brown, we are honored to work alongside veterans of the U.S. Army, Air Force, and Navy, as well as former police officers, firefighters, and other public servants who have dedicated their lives to protecting others.

To each of you, thank you. Thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and your unwavering commitment to serving our country and our community. Your leadership and service continue to inspire us every day.

💜 Making a Difference, One Step at a Time 💜

This week, one of our incredible teammates took the lead in organizing a bake sale and raffle fundraiser to support a cause that is very close to her heart, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Thanks to the generosity of our teammates and the amazing sponsors who donated raffle items and treats, we were able to raise funds and awareness in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.

Alzheimer’s impacts millions of individuals and families every day, and events like the Walk to End Alzheimer’s help fund critical research, care, and support services for those affected.

To kick off summer break, Brown & Brown was proud to host 30 Academy of Finance students from Spruce Creek High School for a day of learning, networking, and career exploration.

Students had the opportunity to hear from several Brown & Brown leaders, gaining insight into the insurance industry, professional development, and the many career paths available within our organization. The day also included lunch, office tours, and interactive discussions designed to give students a firsthand look at our culture and workplace.

Investing in the next generation is an important part of our commitment to the communities we serve. We are grateful for the opportunity to connect with these talented students and share experiences that may help shape their future career journeys.
