Something as simple as a warm coat can mean comfort, dignity, and hope. By coming together and giving from the heart, we’re honored to help share warmth and kindness with those who need it most.

COLUMBIA, Ky., April 15, 2026 - Mike Neal, president of Brown & Brown Dealer Services (BBDS) and Bill Kelly, president of administration services for Brown & Brown Dealer Services are proud to announce the appointment of Todd Sands to chief revenue officer BBDS and vice president of alternative markets.

"We are extremely happy and pleased to welcome Todd to the team," says Neal. "We have known Todd for many years working with one of our current partners. We hold his work ethic and integrity in high regard and believe Todd will bring tremendous value to our teammates and customers."

"Todd operates like our other Brown & Brown teammates in that he is customer obsessed," Kelly adds. "We are looking forward to his contributions to the team."

Sands brings a high level of industry experience and knowledge to Brown & Brown, having spent the last 25 years leading and developing successful sales teams and programs and becoming an industry thought leader in participation programs.
