Making time to connect is always time well spent. 💙

I recently had lunch with Kalea Sheldon Realtor at Mel Foster Co. Licensed in IA, and it was a great reminder that some of the best conversations happen when we step away from our day-to-day schedules for a little while.

🏡 Pre-qualification gives you an early snapshot of what you might be able to afford.
✅ Pre-approval takes a closer look at your finances and can help show sellers you are prepared to make an offer.
