Juggling isnโ€™t Caseyโ€™s only talent, but it makes for some memorable videos.

At Prosperaโ€™s Connect annual conference this week in Dallas, Casey joined an advisor all-star panel along with Ari Baum and Laura Garfield and Sharon Gottula of Idea Decanter.

They shared the secrets to marketing success.

Want to know the biggest candid take-away from the panel? You canโ€™t create video if you keep thinking about it. You've got to hit record!

Roth conversions come up a lot in financial planning conversations. And one thing we see often is people starting with the question: โ€œHow much should I convert?โ€

But we think thereโ€™s a better question to ask first: Should you be converting at all?

An online calculator or quiz can run the numbers, but it doesnโ€™t know your full financial picture. It doesnโ€™t know how soon you may need the money, where your retirement income will come from, or whether charitable giving is part of your plan.

A Roth conversion can absolutely make sense in the right situation. But it can also create a large tax bill or add complexity you may not need. Thatโ€™s why we believe the decision should start with context, not just a calculator.

Have you ever used an online financial tool that gave you a very clear answer to a not-so-simple question?

My book, The Financial Puzzle, is officially here.

I wrote this book because Iโ€™ve seen the same tension show up again and again over the years.

People spend decades doing the right things. They save, invest, plan, and build something meaningful. On paper, they may be in a strong position. But emotionally, they still wonder:

Do I really have enough?
And is it ok to actually use this money?

This book is about that gap between having the pieces and seeing the full picture.

Because the goal was never just to build wealth. The goal was to use it with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

The Financial Puzzle: Why Having Enough Still Doesnโ€™t Feel Like Enough and How to Trust What Youโ€™ve Built is available now.

If youโ€™ve ever wondered whether your money is truly aligned with the life you want to live, I hope this book gives you a new way to see the picture youโ€™re building.

Something new is coming soon.

Iโ€™ve spent my career helping people answer one of the biggest questions money can create:

Do I really have enough?

But over time, Iโ€™ve realized the harder question often comes after that:

Can I actually spend what Iโ€™ve saved?

That question is at the heart of my new book, The Financial Puzzle: Why Having Enough Still Doesnโ€™t Feel Like Enough and How to Trust What Youโ€™ve Built.

This book is about the gap between having the pieces and seeing the full picture. Itโ€™s about moving from uncertainty to clarity, from hesitation to action, and from simply building wealth to using it with purpose.

Iโ€™m excited to finally share the cover with you.

The Financial Puzzle is coming soon. October 6.

One of our clients spent years wanting to turn a spare room into a painting studio. Financially, it was never a question. The plan supported it easily. ๐ŸŽจ

What took time wasn't the money. It was giving herself permission to spend on something that was just for her, after decades of putting everyone else first.

We see this more than people would expect. The number often isn't the real barrier. The belief that you're allowed to want something for yourself is.

If that sounds familiar, the plan probably already supports more of your life than you're currently letting yourself live.

Helping you put the pieces of your financial puzzle together to create a brighter future for you and your family.๐Ÿงฉ

We've noticed something over the years. The clients who struggle most in retirement usually aren't the ones with the smallest accounts. They're the ones who planned to leave work without planning what they were moving toward.

Retirement that's only defined by what you're escaping can start to feel empty pretty fast. ๐Ÿ˜• The ones who thrive have somewhere to point themselves, a project, a purpose, a person, a place.

Our job isn't just to get you to the finish line of work. It's to help make sure there's something worth running toward on the other side.

Helping you put the pieces of your financial puzzle together to create a brighter future for you and your family.๐Ÿงฉ

Why is it so hard to spend money youโ€™ve spent decades saving? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ฐ

For 30 or 40 years, the message is pretty simple:

Save. Invest. Be responsible.

Then retirement comes along and suddenly youโ€™re supposed to feel completely comfortable doing the opposite. That switch doesnโ€™t always happen overnight.

Sometimes the numbers already say yes. The harder part is believing them.

๐Ÿงฉ A good financial plan can give you the confidence to take the trip, enjoy the experience, and actually use some of what you worked so hard to build.

โ–ถ๏ธ Casey talks about that shift in this short video.

We hear a version of this often: "๐™„ ๐™ ๐™ฃ๐™ค๐™ฌ ๐™„ ๐™˜๐™–๐™ฃ ๐™–๐™›๐™›๐™ค๐™ง๐™™ ๐™ž๐™ฉ. ๐™„ ๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ก๐™ก ๐™›๐™š๐™š๐™ก ๐™œ๐™ช๐™ž๐™ก๐™ฉ๐™ฎ ๐™จ๐™ฅ๐™š๐™ฃ๐™™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™ž๐™ฉ." ๐Ÿ˜…It makes sense when you thi...

It makes sense when you think about it. Most people spend decades building the habit of saving. Automatic contributions, disciplined budgets, resisting the urge to dip in. That habit served them well.

Then retirement asks them to do the opposite, and there's no muscle memory for that. A withdrawal can feel wrong even when the plan says it's exactly right.

That discomfort is normal. It's also something a good plan should help you work through, not just calculate around.

Not because the numbers changed. Because he realized he hadn't figured out who he'd be without the job. The title, the schedule, the sense of being needed, all of it had quietly become part of his identity.

That's more common than people think. The financial side of retirement is often the easier half. The identity side takes longer, and it deserves just as much attention.

If that sounds familiar, you're not behind. You're just being honest with yourself.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families who carry their memory, and the heroes who ran toward danger to help others. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Twenty-five years later, their courage, sacrifice, and the unity our country showed in the days that followed remain worth remembering.
