👥 About You
• You hold an active Texas Property & Casualty License
• You have 2+ years of insurance agency experience
• You're organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You know your way around insurance products (personal and/or commercial)
• You're great at communicating and juggling multiple tasks

📝 What You'll Do
• Help customers with insurance needs from policy changes to billing questions
• Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations
• Issue certificates of insurance (COIs)
• Work with multiple insurance carriers on behalf of our clients
• Identify ways to improve client coverage
• Provide excellent service by phone, email, and text
