We had several Niko Insurance Group customers across the region impacted trees through homes, damaged property, and families waking up to a mess they never expected.

It’s easy to talk about insurance when everything is going right.

Our #1 priority right now is helping our affected customers through the claims process and getting them the help they need.

Recent storm events are exactly why we tell people not to shop for insurance based on price alone.

It's exactly why we spend so much time educating our customers on coverages, deductibles, and what to expect during a claim.

It's easy to think, "It'll never happen to me." Until it does.

Today is a reminder.

Know your coverage. Know your deductible. Most importantly, know your insurance agent before you need them.

If your home or business was affected and you have questions, we're happy to help, even if you're not currently a customer.

If you're looking for a new insurance agency, we'd be honored at a shot of earning your business.

We are an independent insurance agency that works with several carriers so we have the ability to shop around

But please don't call us looking for "cheap insurance."

We can point you to plenty of 800 numbers that would be happy to sell you a policy, hit their quota, and hope they never hear from you again.

That's not how we do business.

We'd much rather lose a sale than sell someone a policy that doesn't protect them when they need it most.

Because when the storm is over, we'll still be here.
