One of our key insurance carriers, Liberty Mutual are collaborating with our World office here in Crown Point in using our parking lot as an Insurance Claims Village.

Anyone in northwest Indiana and Chicagoland who suffered damage from the storms last week can stop by and immediately report your claim with an adjuster and in some cases receive a claim draft on the spot to assist in your recovery.

NIPSCO is reporting over 300,000 of their 500,000 customers are without power.

While our office is currently without power, our employees are working remotely from home and in some cases have power which is allowing them to accept calls to assist in your claim reporting.

Please understand the inbound call volume is unusually high as many are calling to report a claim.

Earlier this afternoon, Northwest Indiana experienced a severe storm that required our team to take shelter in the office basement until conditions improved.

Once the storm passed, we resumed operations; however, a nearby fallen tree caused a power outage that affected the entire block, resulting in the loss of power and internet connectivity at our office.

To minimize disruption and maintain service continuity, our staff has transitioned to working remotely from home for the remainder of the day. If you are attempting to reach a member of our team, please allow additional time for response as employees travel home and reestablish their connections.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unexpected situation. Our team remains committed to supporting you our clients and carrier partners.
