Our little “tomboy” found her furever family today and I couldn’t be happier for her (of course sad for me saying goodbye)! She will have the best life with her new family that includes 4 yr old twins! I have a feeling this pup and those kids will grow up together and have stories to tell! Happy tails my little Buttons!!! 💕🐾💕

Last day of the month and they never go perfectly…

Clients that were supposed to close today didn’t and got moved to Wednesday….

Other clients had a bit of a rough inspection…

Had some condo review obstacles…

BUT….had some wins today for clients as well who did get to closing, some had their offers accepted, and others had their loans fully approved in underwriting.

End of the month never goes as planned but I am ending the month grateful and ready for September!! My team will be ready to handle all the challenges that may come and celebrate all the wins with my clients too!! 💪🏡❤️


But one
