- Rates have already dropped since their height a few months back.
- Lower Rates = Lower Payments
- I'm already seeing an influx of people getting ready for the spring market, finances in order, credit ready.
- The Fed has already stated they will lower rates additionally this year...
- When Rates do drop lower it will cause another buying frenzy.
- People have been on the sidelines and they are sick of waiting
- Frenzy = Increased prices, bidding wars and unrealistic expectations like waiving inspections and repairs.
What do I suggest?
- Getting Ready NOW to buy before the frenzy
- Rates are lower
- Not much competition
- If rates drop further, we refinance you and save you money every month but atleast you have a home, that you own, at a payment your comfortable with, and potential savings down the line!
