We stopped by to visit some local property managers and share how we can help make renters insurance simple for their tenants.

Because protecting your stuff shouldn’t be confusing… and yes, we brought treats so people would like us a little more. 😉

She’s back!! ❤️

Our sign was up… then came down for the street construction… and now she’s officially back where she belongs!

Huge shoutout to Nesper Sign for taking such good care of us and getting it back up. And the best part? Our street is almost finished too — so things are finally starting to feel a little more official around here.

I was this close to throwing this hanging basket away because the flowers had died… and then I found this. 🪺

A little reminder that sometimes there’s still life, purpose, and something worth protecting — even when we almost miss it.

And honestly, that’s a lot like life insurance. It’s not always the thing we think about first, but it’s there to protect the people and the life we’re building.

Protect the nest. Protect the people in it. ❤️

I am so excited about this!! Familiar Cat Café is opening June 1st in Marion, and we had the opportunity to help them get their insurance in place.

Y’all…I can’t believe it, but THIS IS IT!

The lease is signed and the race is on to open THIS JUNE!

It feels equal parts INCREDIBLE and UNBELIEVABLE, with just a hint of overwhelming 😹

Can’t you just imagine yourself in this beautiful space, sitting on a cute cozy couch, drinking a latte, and petting a sweet feline familiar??

Soon I will be posting a link to an Amazon wish list for cat necessities, and info on 1 or 2 more fundraisers to help financially with everything needed to make this a magical experience.
