Sometimes the person behind the scenes deserves a little recognition too. ❤️
We captured a few pictures of Donald doing what he seems to always be doing: working and making himself available to help someone else.
Whether it's a customer who needs him or one of his agents looking for guidance, support, or encouragement, Donald consistently goes above and beyond.
Right now, he is working especially hard to help his agents grow, reach their goals, and pursue their dreams. He makes himself available whenever we need him and works to make sure we have the tools and support we need to succeed.
Through all of it, he rarely, if ever, complains. He takes life in stride, keeps working, and continues looking for ways to help the people around him.
Donald truly is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, and we're grateful to have a boss who genuinely cares about his customers and his team.
Donald, we probably don't say it enough, but we see how hard you work and how much you give to all of us.
