Nothing.

Your Roth IRA is yours it is not tied to your employer.

If you change jobs, your Roth IRA stays right where it is. You can keep contributing as long as you remain eligible.

You don’t need a full-time job to contribute to a Roth IRA. Part-time work, summer jobs, and self-employment can count as long as you have qualifying taxable compensation and meet the Roth IRA income rules.

That means your first job even if it’s only a few hours a week could be an opportunity to start saving for retirement.

It’s hard to believe it’s been a decade.

This week, we helped a mother purchase a whole life policy for her daughter just as her own mother had done for her years ago.

Schedule Release is here for the 2026-2027 Wind Creek Bass Trail! Make your plans now for the new OGS season! Pre-registration for the first three events will open on September 1st. We will also have two, independent benefit tournaments this year, the Beau McCary Memorial (September 26th) and the Alexander City Rotary Club (November 21st).

The OGS Fantastic 4 Solo Trail Schedule can be seen on the Fantastic 4 page, or at www.ogstournaments.org. We also have a new three event 50 and older trail starting in October. You can see that on the website as well.
