✨ Today was the 1st session of LeadHer Lab!

LeadHER Lab is a four-session leadership experience designed to help middle school girls (age 12-14) discover who they are, grow their confidence, and connect with others in a meaningful way.

💞 LeadHER Lab was developed by a group I’m in— LeadHERship Indiana. It’s a great group of women who build each other up personally and professionally. Today at the lab, I was joined by:

It was a great afternoon sharing our own experiences and how we build ourselves up. Pouring into these young women was a fulfilling afternoon!

Something that stuck with me that Ada said,
“Confidence is not a personality trait. It’s a developed skill and you can nourish and grow it.”

Yesterday, Scott attended the Erie Insurance Annual Business Meeting in Indianapolis. Each year this event is a valuable opportunity to discuss trends in the industry, connect with our fellow Erie agents and home office partners, and celebrate all of things that make Erie Insurance truly a great partner.
🏆 Our agency was also recognized for achieving the Founders Award and Tier One in the ABM contest! These achievements carry great meaning and value to our agency.

⚾️ Last night, we were able to present Spencer with a new bat for selling the most punch cards in the 8U division for Youth Baseball of Bartholomew County.
When we were presented with sponsoring this, we jumped in for a few reasons. Another way for our office to support the youth in our community—AND local businesses indirectly.

💕LeadHER Lab is a four-session leadership experience designed to help middle school girls (age 12-14) discover who they are, grow their confidence, and connect with others in a meaningful way. Through interactive activities, real-life conversations, and hands-on learning, participants will build the skills they need to lead in school, relationships, and their community.

💕Each session focuses on a different aspect of leadership—from understanding personal strengths to speaking up, working with others, and taking action. Girls will not only learn leadership skills, they’ll practice them in a supportive and encouraging environment.

💕Throughout the program, participants will also meet strong women leaders from our community who will share their stories, offer guidance, and inspire the next generation of leaders.

We are out-of-the-office this afternoon volunteering at United Way of Bartholomew Co’s Day of Caring! We are stuffing animals 🧸 for Teddy Bear Love Fund ❤️
🐻 The organization distributes teddy bears to children in hospitals and crisis situations. We took a little helper today—Beck! (He lasted about an hour.) It was fulfilling to bring him along with us!
