Today we celebrate 250 years of the USA. While no country is perfect, we are thankful to live in a place that allows us the freedom and opportunity to follow our dreams. Hopefully this weekend will bring some togetherness - cookouts, family, friends, and a feeling of belonging.

It's been a year since we started the agency. A year ago, Brian walked away from 28 years with the same company his dad worked for. A year ago, I left a great team that had become like family to me. We decided that the time had come for us to create our own path. The past 12 months has been all about relationships. Relationships with our clients, our friends, our family, our referral partners, our insurance companies, and the relationship we have with each other. All these relationships have paid off like crazy.

Not paid off in a "we are filthy rich kind of way." But paid off in the sense that we can provide for our families, we can protect our clients' families & businesses, we can have one of the biggest selections of insurance options around, we can invest in ourselves, and we can be a part of the community. We are so thankful for all of this.

Let's see where year number two takes us. Who's ready???

2025, what a year!
January to March - Brian and I put together a plan to open the best insurance agency around. We took all of our years of experience and took a leap of faith.

April to August - We rented a small office and started building best practices and procedures. Chandra got her insurance license and we added her to the staff.

August to October - We were given an amazing opportunity to buy the Rudy’s Auto Sales building. Rudolph Zeigler and his family were so gracious and he gave us a break that only comes around once in a lifetime. We worked around the clock to get the build out done in time to exit the old office. We are so thankful to everyone that stepped up and helped us. It was tough, but it was so worth it!

November to December - We are living our best lives at the new office. Compliments galore, high visibility, endless White Castle, and it feels like home. Business has been great!

We have the best family, friends, and clients. The support has been unbelievable.

Let’s go 2026!!! We are going to continue offering incredible service, the most coverage options out there, competitive rates, and an office that is inviting. Holbrook & West Insurance is built to serve. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

We hung the sign on our new location today. 1646 N National Road has been the same family owned business for 40+ years. Now, HWI will carry on the tradition. We have a few more weeks of work to get done before we officially open. We are thankful for the opportunity and excited to serve our clients from our new building.
