We were honored to be the Empowerment sponsor at the New Directions Career Center's Women of Promise fundraising event last week. The evening was dedicated to helping women in the community build a brighter future for themselves and their families. We were inspired by the stories shared throughout the event and are proud to support New Directions Career Center in its mission to empower women to achieve and maintain economic self-sufficiency.

If Not Us, who will help create the future we want to see? For our annual fundraising campaign, we partnered with United Way to support our communities and turn individual compassion into corporate action.

As part of the campaign, our associates also joined volunteer opportunities in Charleston for United Way of Central West Virginia’s Day of Caring and in Columbus, where associates put together 200 support packs for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio.

Recently, a group of Encova associates participated in Hope with Lo’s 5K & Fun Run in support of their mission to raise awareness of Zellweger Spectrum Disorder, a rare genetic disorder that affects multiple systems throughout the body and is often life-limiting in childhood.
