Mortgage rates are slightly higher again this week as global bond markets continue to sell off. The U.S. 10-year Treasury reached its highest level since 2002 during the week before easing this morning following a weaker-than-expected September jobs report. The weaker jobs report helped push Treasury yields lower, with the 10-year Treasury falling nearly 6 basis points to 5.18%. The 30-year Treasury fell to 5.57%, while the 2-year Treasury dropped to 4.73%.
