Bill Tindall / Allstate insurance The presence of the University of South Carolina makes Columbia a great place to live and work.

I opened my agency in 1994, and am proud to have raised two children here with my wife, Shirley. We love attending football, baseball and basketball games at USC or enjoying a day boating on Lake Murray to get away from it all.

The community is important to me, and my local involvement runs deep. I’m on the board of directors for the Mental Illness Recovery Center, Inc., and have been an elder at Trinity Presbyterian Church. I also support football and baseball programs at Dreher High School, and other programs at Hand Middle School. By teaming with other local Allstate agents, I helped earn a $5,000 Allstate Foundation Helping Hands® grant for Harvest Hope Food Bank.

As an Allstate representative, I’m privileged to help people learn to prepare for the unexpected. I love having the opportunity to interact with local families while helping them choose the best products and services. Stop by and say hello to the great team at our agency on Greenlawn Drive, just north of the intersection with Garners Ferry Road. I look forward to meeting you!

You were scanning for cars but didn’t spot the motorcycle. Motorcycles are smaller and easier to miss, so remember to watch for 4 wheels and 2 wheels on the road.

Honestly, this post isn’t about what to do next... It’s about what to do *before* it happens.

✅Check your mirrors
✅Check your blind spots
✅Use your signals

Share this reminder with your neighbors.

And if you ride a motorcycle, call our agency today for an insurance quote at (803) 783-1037

They doubted the vision. But you know home improvements are expensive.

This is what community looks like. We're proud of the Allstaters in Dallas-Fort Worth for showing up in a major way for Genesis Women's Shelter & Support. They packed hundreds of toiletry bags and hosted a food drive to help support women in need on their healing journey.

Our employees' passions become ours. This is why each Allstate employee gets PTO to volunteer their time to causes they care about.
