We were proud to have eight team members from The Cason Group’s Individual Medical and Benefits Education teams in attendance at the 2026 ICHRA Conference in Nashville, TN. This multi-day event brought together more than 350 professionals for collaboration and meaningful conversations across the evolving benefits landscape.

Our very own Brian Harmon, VP of Individual Medical, took the stage and spoke on the ICHRA Expert Broker Panel to kick off the conference. Brian shared valuable insights on the current ICHRA landscape and future state might.

Join us in celebrating Graham Ashe's 10th anniversary with The Cason Group! 👏

Graham began his time at TCG as a Regional Consultant and has continued to grow and evolve over the past 10 years. He now serves as a Regional Director within our Financial Services division. Graham says, "Over the last 10 years and especially the last five, I have had the opportunity to work on several strategic initiatives around national partnerships and have taken on a sales leadership role on our team."

When asked about the biggest change he has seen during his time, Graham shared, "Our ability to scale our approach and in turn, our vision, has been the biggest change. we are three times as large as we were when I started and it has allowed us to dream in ways I could not have imagined 10 years ago. Our people and culture are always at the center of our success, and as we’ve grown, we’ve been able to recruit great individuals with an ownership mentality that allows us to continue elevating the services we provide. The best part is, I think we are just scratching the surface."

Graham also shared this about his time at The Cason Group so far, "It is a gift to work with people you love, for leadership you respect and trust, and have a mission greater than simply generating revenue. That is rare!"

Join us in celebrating Riley Barrett's 5th anniversary with The Cason Group! 👏

Riley began his journey as an Implementation Specialist, where he focused on building out groups on enrollment platforms. He noted that process improvements have helped streamline workflows. Earlier this year, he stepped into a Supervisor role, which, he says, “Has been such a testament to the ability to grow and advance here at The Cason Group!”

Over the past five years, Riley has seen a lot of positive change, especially the company’s growth. “It’s encouraging to work for a company that is healthy and continually expanding,” he shares.

When reflecting on his favorite memory, Riley says, "While I have many amazing memories from my time here, my favorite is from my very first day on the job in TCG 101 where I met a beautiful girl named Ashlyn, who would go on to be my wife! And now we get to drive to work together."

We had a beautiful night hosting our Financial Services Carrier Appreciation Event. Perfect weather, beautiful views, and good food—we couldn’t have asked for a better evening! Having strong relationships with our carrier partners allows us to be our best for our clients but it also helps us fulfill our purpose statement: to be a light in the marketplace.

Thank you to all of our carrier partners who traveled from near and far to allow us to thank them for all they do for us.
