Join us in celebrating Riley Barrett's 5th anniversary with The Cason Group! 👏

Riley began his journey as an Implementation Specialist, where he focused on building out groups on enrollment platforms. He noted that process improvements have helped streamline workflows. Earlier this year, he stepped into a Supervisor role, which, he says, “Has been such a testament to the ability to grow and advance here at The Cason Group!”

Over the past five years, Riley has seen a lot of positive change, especially the company’s growth. “It’s encouraging to work for a company that is healthy and continually expanding,” he shares.

When reflecting on his favorite memory, Riley says, "While I have many amazing memories from my time here, my favorite is from my very first day on the job in TCG 101 where I met a beautiful girl named Ashlyn, who would go on to be my wife! And now we get to drive to work together."

We had a beautiful night hosting our Financial Services Carrier Appreciation Event. Perfect weather, beautiful views, and good food—we couldn’t have asked for a better evening! Having strong relationships with our carrier partners allows us to be our best for our clients but it also helps us fulfill our purpose statement: to be a light in the marketplace.

The Cason Group is looking for a Corporate Communications Coordinator to join our team in Columbia, SC.

In this role, you’ll:
- Design and create internal and external communications including employee newsletters, branded templates, flyers, presentations, and multimedia content
- Support company-wide communications through social media content, podcasts, e‑learning training modules, conferences, website updates, and special projects
- Manage communication initiatives with strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail

What we’re looking for:
At least two years of experience in graphic design and project management, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
