You're allowed to take this one step at a time.

You're allowed to ask questions—more than once if you need to.
You're allowed to say, "I don't understand this yet."

And you're allowed to learn at your own pace.
There is no expectation that you walk into this process already knowing how everything works.

This is new.

And learning something new—especially during a life transition—takes time.

One of the most important things during divorce?

Having someone who will slow things down with you.

Because this process can feel fast. Urgent. Overwhelming.
And when everything feels rushed, it's hard to think clearly—especially around finances.

The right support doesn't sound like:
"You should already know this."
"Just sign here."
"Don't worry about it."

It sounds like:

And most people don't talk about that part.

They just see the end result—someone who seems calm, informed, and clear.

But underneath that confidence is a process that looks more like this:

First:

Then:
"I'm starting to see how this works." & "I can ask better questions."

And eventually:
"I feel confident making this decision."
