What a crazy few weeks life has been!
Favorite moments from the last 2 weeks
I am so grateful for every moment, every experience and I cant wait to see where the future is taking me.

1.) April 30th 2026 at 11:11pm I put out my last cigarette. 14 days to***co free!!!! Ahhhhhhh so exciting, but not easy. Its been very emotional.

2.) May 10th 2026, Mother's Day. The first Mother's Day I didn't have to work in what I believe to be 20 years, and I enjoyed every moment.
Church with my oldest son, an afternoon of relaxation, and an evening full of our babies and family! It was the best!!! My brother was here from Ohio as well, so we got to celebrate my nieces 18th birthday!
Thank you to my amazing wife for cooking for 24 people and always saying yes to all my crazy ideas, especially when she busted her butt all day at work on the BUSIEST day of the entire year.

3.) May 13-14 2026 - Work
UWM Live!!! what an experience. Amazing speakers sharing their knowledge with other Loan officers, realtors, brokers, processors, etc.
Vendor booths to help us LO's and Brokers grow and get better.
So much energy and motivation. I loved it and Ill be back for LIVE again.

On Feb 17th 2026, I received a phone call from the South Lake Chamber of Commerce (FL) telling me that Above & Beyond Mortgage had won the South Lake Best Mortgage Broker for 2026!
Last night we got to take that in and receive the award.
What an amazing night!
Thank you to everyone who voted for me.
Thank you to my amazing wife for always supporting me and believing in me. My family and friend and thank you to my amazing partners, especially United Wholesale Mortgage.
My account manager and My AVP flew from Michigan to be here with me and support me.

Thank you to the South Lake chamber for giving me a night I will never forget. Everything was beautiful!

Well that second CTC yesterday did NOT come yesterday, but it finally just came over!
6 day CTC on a refinance.
