✨ A Journey of Trust and Connection ✨
In 2023, I met Mr. Torrecillas when I listed his neighbor’s home on Lincoln Ave. From that very first conversation, we built a connection based on trust and understanding. He asked me to help his daughter find a home, and we successfully secured a great one for her family.
We stayed in touch, and over time, he shared his hope that I would guide his other daughters with their real estate needs. Sadly, in 2024, I received the heartbreaking news that both Mr. and Mrs. Torrecillas had passed away. It was a moment of deep reflection for me, as I had just been thinking of stopping by to say hello.
Months later, their family’s Trustee reached out after interviewing multiple agents. I was honored to be chosen to represent them in selling their beloved family home. Together, we prepared the property and created a marketing plan to honor their parents’ legacy and secure the best outcome for their family.
Despite market challenges, we found a buyer and recently closed the sale. It was an emotional moment for all – tears of sadness, gratitude, and joy. The sellers were comforted knowing a new family would create memories in the home they cherished.
As I removed the For Sale sign last night , I reflected on the beautiful journey of trust and connection. It’s moments like these that remind me why I do what I do.
