Tip of the day: If you are buying a home and the appraisal comes in low, you should not be upset about it. Value coming in low means there is a possibility the purchase price is too high. This is not the fault of your Real Estate Agent, it is a sign of an aggressive market. You do not want to overpay for the property right.......?
