Things to think about
-Nothing is limiting the agent to $30,000 premium per month. The sky is the limit.
-Retention can be higher than 90% - Especially in a rising rate environment
-Make your own hours – (this can be part time but not spare time)

-A fast start increases the renewal base and the overall projections
