Our office is back to regular hours. We are asking that clients wear a face covering when entering the office and no more than 2 clients at a time currently. Most transactions can be done over the phone and through email and that is still the safest option.

Progressive makes a change for restaurants and restaurant employees...
Although coverage for food delivery is currently excluded in our Personal Auto and Motorcycle contract, please know that we will temporarily modify enforcement of policy exclusions to provide applicable coverage for claims involving food delivery activity by our Personal Auto and Motorcycle customers.
This temporary modification will go into effect for claims occurring, Friday, March 20, 2020 through April 18, 2020. Please be aware that, in the event of a claim, a Progressive claims representative will determine coverage at the time a claim is filed.

To assist you, AAA Northeast has agreed to process their DMV transactions for non-members beginning in May and continuing through the DMV’s computer launch period. (With the exception of July 1-7, when AAA offices will be unable to complete any DMV transactions.)
