We've placed our insurance coverages for our apartment buildings with Schneider/Dorsey for close to 20 years and we recently had a claim involving a rental manager that stole more then $150,000 from one of our apartment complexes. Luckily Schneider/Dorsey recommended us getting employee dishonesty insurance which covered our entire loss!
Traveler's insurance company just mailed us a check for $150,000 and I wanted to thank Schneider/Dorsey for everything they did to make the process so easy!

2023 has been a productive year for Schneider-Dorsey, inc. We merged with The Lyndall Insurance Agencies in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and now operate as Schneider-Dorsey & Lyndall Agencies, inc. This partnership increases human resources and access to more insurance carriers with high end programs for insureds. A few examples are Cincinnati, Erie, Auto Owners and Acuity. Our contact information has remained the same. Along with extraordinary commitment to serving clients.

To whomever it may concern-
Several years ago my then insurance agent notified me at the last minute that, because of a prior claim that was not my fault, my new rate would very much higher from a substandard company.
I reached out to Steve Schneider of the Schneider Dorsey agency who immediately swung into action. In short order he was able to obtain a new policy with a first rate carrier at rates marginally above what I had been paying.
Since then I have had one claim which was processed smoothly and efficiently.
I have referred a good friend to Schneider Dorsey who has also been happy.

Our firm doesn't post a great deal of public content because our services are mostly client focused and communicated directly. However, this is positive news in the insurance industry. Any insurance company can throw out a cheap price while trending below the industry standard regarding coverages/deductibles. Safeco has been a player without following negative industry coverage trends nor compromising service to their policy holders. They are dedicated to the space. The closest comparison I can make is Travelers. Appreciate the partnership and being appointed with them since 1981.
